It is not possible to inform our customers on the availability of any
particular product. All items on our site are kept as up to date as
possible and in stock.

At times we run out of stock due to the shortage with the manufacture.
We have no control over this and ship all orders as soon as our back orders are received. If a item is out of stock we will inform you by email or phone call as to the statues of your order. At this time we may have a similar product to substitute your order or we may just be waiting on a backorder.

If an overnight, 2 day, 3 day, or ground shipment is requested, that is how your order will be shipped based on availability.  Please understand that we stock thousands of items and while stock shortages are rare they do occur. Inline Sports ships anywhere in the world via UPS. Shipments to PO Boxes, APO's or FPO's are through US Postal Service ONLY.

For all orders not being shipped to the continental United States or Canadian territories the following three step procedure must be followed:

1. Email us your order at sales@inlinesports.com to check for product availability. Please include sizes and colors as they are presented on our site along with your complete shipping information and a valid email address where you can be reached.

2. Upon receiving your order via email, InlineSports.com will check availability on all products, calculate prices and shipping costs. The order will then be emailed back to you for final review with payment instructions.

3. If you choose to complete your order you must wire transfer the full amount as quoted from InlineSports.com to the account information provided in the email. Upon confirmation of funds your order will be shipped the following Friday.

Note To International Customers: InlineSports.com IS NOT responsible for government taxes, duties, or customs incurred from shipping to your area. Upon delivery of your order you may be required to make additional  payments. These are duty/custom fees and are NOT shipping charges billed by InlineSports.com. We will gladly exchange, credit, or refund any or all NON SALE 2006 merchandise purchased from Inline Sports if not completely satisfied. NO 2006 AND PRIOR MODEL YEAR ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED! If you are not sure of the year of an item please email us for the return policy on the particular item you are interested in purchasing. Items must be returned to Inline Sports within 21 days of the purchase date.   Items must be in new and unused condition with the original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt.  We cannot refund the cost of ANY shipping. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all 2006 gear returned or exchanged.

All sale items are NON RETURNABLE.  Returned sale items without the express consent of InlineSports.com will be returned at the senders expense. If a sale item is excepted for return under express consent from InlineSports.com, there will be a 50% restocking fee and no refund of return shipping.
